Name of Recipe:   Classic Hamentashen

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1-1/2 Cup oil
1-1/2 Cup sugar
6 Cup flour
4tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Vanilla

Rind of lemon or Orange
1 Can of your favorite pie filling or 1 can of jelly

Directions: 
Cream sugar and oil.  Add eggs one-at-a-time to mixture, beating after each egg is added.  Add vanilla and orange or lemon rinds and mix.  Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.  Add more flour if dough is too sitcky.  Roll out dough and cut into circles with a glass.  Fill it with filling of you choice.  Pinch circles upwards in three places to form a triangle shape.  Place them on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes until light brown.
