Volunteer Opportunities

  • Please contact me regarding the following volunteer opportunities (check all that apply): 

  • Visit local senior residences with us! We go to Hechtman, Meer, and All Seasons, bringing warmth, energy, and connection to each gathering.

    As a volunteer, you will:

    • assist with setting up beautiful, welcoming spaces;
    • help in cleaning up;
    • spend time with other participants; and
    • help foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

    Your presence adds so much – a smile, a conversation, and a sense of belonging.

  • When would you like to volunteer at Grandfriends?

    Hechtman, Meer, and All Seasons

  • New!

    We are opening a beautiful seasonal program right here at the Shul where we bring our Grandfriends into the classroom to meet the children, read with them, and create meaningful art together!

    Help us make these moments shine brighter than ever, creating a special experience for both children and adults.

  • When would you like to volunteer at Grandfriends with The Gan?

    The Gan @ The Shul

  • Help us deliver Shabbos packages and other thoughtful gifts to community members – whether they're celebrating a simcha, welcoming a new baby, or going through a challenging time.

    This is a beautiful opportunity to connect, strengthen friendships, and bring comfort and joy in a very real way.

  • Our children thrive when they are surrounded by caring adults who work together to make the community one.

    As a volunteer, you will:

    • help pack lunches for trips or assist with serving;
    • support setup and cleanup for family events; and
    • engage with children during activities like challah bakes and special programs.

    Experience working with children is appreciated but not required.

    Let's create deeply enriching experiences together with the children of our community!
